primary focus on improving the customer experience, the Weekly Retail Experience
offers retailers of any size how to improve their customer service, their staff

The Daily Retail Experience is
the only subscription newsletter published on a daily basis that is focused on
developing a retailer's business. The Daily is easy to read, often funny, and is
almost always thought provoking. It is written for retailers by a retailer to
challenge and improve the reader and to serve as a resource.
Subscribers include single store
owners, retail executives, store managers, and retail associates of retailers
from 1 - 500 store chains. The Daily is published every morning Monday
through Friday.
The subscription rate is $6.00 per
month per store location. There is an additional free month when paid on an annual basis.
Included in the subscription
rate is all internal support staff and field managers. To distribute the
Daily we will either send the newsletter directly to your employees or to a
single company contact for internal distribution.
